Commonly called Japanese fondue, this dish includes carpaccio-thin steak cuts of your choice (New York Strip, Filet, or Kobe Filet). You get to quickly boil them in dashi water (dried kelp and fermented tuna flake). Combine with your choice of spicy sauce or miso paste enhancement. Served with an assortment of veggies, spooned over rice.
